In this article we document our #StyleSightings from around the web, and our own real-life snaps, to showcase a collection of our favourite quick and easy decor updates. Whether it be a storage solution, simple decorative project or even a tasteful table setting, you'll find it here on our Style Sightings page. #1: A "BERRY" BEAUTIFUL TABLE ARRANGEMENT
We spotted this vibrant vase of colour at the stylish Westcliff hotel in Parkhurst. If it's good enough for the Four Seasons, it's sure good enough for us! We love that it packs a powerful punch of colour and brings the outdoors in, without actually being a typical flower arrangement.
#2: THE CURTAIN ROD FLOATING SHELF
This has to be one of the cutest ideas we've seen online this week. Love, love, LOVE the contrast of the bright green against the natural wood. It also seems easy(ish) enough as a DIY project, as well as a cheap and cheerful solution for a small home office floating shelf unit that needs some extra support ( and possibly the prettiest way to save your dodgy floating shelves that are aren't quite "floating"). We've already got the drill bit and repurposed curtain rail on standby - we'll let you know how it goes.
#3: SMALL KITCHEN STORAGE IDEA
We spotted this fabulous open storage solution online and knew it was our next #StyleSighting (and Sunday DIY project). The chunky floating shelves are sturdy and functional, creating extra storage space and easy access to crockery items whilst adding a modern country kitchen feel. The mix and match jars create a pantry with easy access to common cooking items. We love how the jars have been "merchandised" to become something decorative, yet practical.

#4: DESK SPACE DECORATION
We found this inspirational idea on the Martha Stewart blog. We love the covered clipboards that add a little something extra to what would be a pretty bland grey wall. The boards double up as great organisational tools for paper storage, and as a notice board to keep a small desk space clear. Use anything from patterned fabric to wallpaper scraps to recreate the look for yourself. Could even be applied to your desk at work to personalise the space!
